About Casey Russell

As the Chief of Staff for the San Antonio Boeing Site, I support end-to-end responsibility for overseeing the operations of 3,500+ employees across 8 programs at a dynamic site. In addition to my role as a problem solver and discussion leader, I have implemented innovative initiatives to drive company culture and engagement. For instance, I successfully introduced the first mobile QR code to increase visibility and awareness for Boeing's 25th anniversary celebration in San Antonio, resulting in heightened employee engagement and a stronger sense of community within the organization. In my role, I bring fresh eyes and a unique perspective to help propel the organization forward in achieving its communication and strategy goals. By leveraging my analytical skills and experience, I am able to identify new opportunities and develop innovative strategies to enhance communication channels and drive the overall success of the organization. With a focus on Lean and continuous improvement and forward-thinking, I am dedicated to ensuring that the San Antonio Boeing Site remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
