About Casey Rutherford

Through out University I have developed a greater understanding within the field of Landscape Architecture, I have studied the history of design through to the contemporary spaces that can be seen today. Every level of education I am attaining more experience with using Adobe software and Auto CAD within both individual and group design projects. With an interest in Ecology, I have a gained a thorough understanding on how to provide habitat and ecological management within design proposals. During the summers, I have been working for Wesser (a door to door charity fundraising business). This role essentially requires me to be flexible and committed due to relocation for long periods of time. As well as this it is essential to be confident to speak to a high number of potential supporters every day, due to my enthusiasm for the job I have been promoted to train and lead a group of fundraisers. This was a large responsibility as it is my job to then ensure individuals personal development within the business. I still work for Wesser as a interviewer/recruiter. I balance these two parts of my life to successfully progress with my studies.
