I have been a CLXT for over 10 years now working in a rural hospital setting. I have been a part of a couple great work projects. I was sent for training to be the superuser on our new Hematology analyzer. I was also a super user when there was an update to our LIS system. Both of those projects I had to train Co workers how to use these items. I enjoyed doing the workup for the new analyzer and working with our Application Specialist. I was also a part of a project to improve our wait times for patients at the laboratory. All of these projects were extremely rewarding and great learning opportunities.
