I'm a high energy, ambitious professional that is very goal oriented. I have excellent communication skills and work very well in team oriented environment. The displaying of characteristics such as valuable critical thinking, organizational and planning knowledge, and strong work ethic with demonstrated success in both teamwork and individual situations are natural skills that I encompass with positivity and enthusiasm. My career started in the bar industry where one of my duties was event planning. I created a bike night on Wednesdays that exceeded my boss’s expectations. During that time I was also interning at 3i Supply and Thermico. I self taught myself how to use constant contact and build email templates that later became very interactive. I founded a non profit with no prior experience on how to do so and at that time we supplied sports equipment to kids all over the local area. When I entered the automotive business, I started my own brand “Casey The Auto Guy.” I exceeded being in the top 5 in a very short time. I was recruited to become a Finance Manager. I self taught myself how to set up forms and structure deals. I built relationships with local credit unions and banks that help our approval success. These are all tasks that show how I can learn at a rapid pace and exceed expectations.
