My journey began as an occupational trainer in Oil & Gas, where I built a solid foundation in workplace safety. Transitioning to injury management and safety advisory, I have a knack for root cause analysis, reducing incidents significantly. My true passion is education. From teaching in Korea to corporate training in Northern Alberta and guiding hundreds of couriers, I've mastered the art of making complex safety concepts clear and engaging. This diverse experience enriches my EHS roles, allowing me to connect with various audiences effectively. Understanding psychology and philosophy is key to my approach, ensuring I handle challenging conversations around injury management with care. Currently, I am focused on the intersection of wellness and safety. As a YACEP certified Yoga teacher, Martial Arts instructor, meditation teacher, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer in training, I integrate these practices into safety strategies to boost well-being and performance.
