About Casey Taylor

Mature professional with 8 years of active duty military service. I currently work as a Firefighter/EMT with Desert Hills Fire Department in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I am working to advance my knowledge and proficiency in the fire service to become a better asset to my crew and eventually transition to a larger department. I am also in the US Coast Guard Reserves as an E6. Previous experience as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist Second Class at Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team. I have conducted several deployments to support Counter-Narcotics and Anti-Piracy Operations within the Caribbean Sea, Eastern Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Aden. I attended an eight week basic tactical operations course which trained me in advanced weapons techniques, close quarters combat, breaching, target identification and how to effectively shoot, move and communicate. I am also a National Registry Certified Emergency Medical Technician. My time in the military has taught me extensive lessons in leadership, team cohesion, adaptability and has helped form me into a highly motivated and active member of society.
