I am the Sr. Human Resources Manager on the In-Flight Service HR Team at Delta Air Lines, responsible for providing consultative support on organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and enhancing the overall employee experience for our In-Flight Service General Office & Support Teams, On-Board Service Teams globally, and Customer Experience Design Teams. I am passionate about creating an enhanced focus on talent development strategies, designing organizational efficiencies, and a creative problem-solving approach to client needs. I have over 12 years of diverse experience as a HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Manager, and business operations leader. I joined Delta Air Lines, as a Human Resources Manager supporting the ATL In-Flight Service team, where I provided consultative support for over 80 leaders and 6,500 Flight Attendants to ensure a positive employee experience. Prior to joining Delta, I worked at Marriott International, where I held a variety of leadership roles. Throughout my time at Marriott, I drove hiring, retention, and compensation initiatives, in addition to supporting development and culture training for the Atlanta Market.
