Serving as a Project Engineer at Georgia-Pacific's Research and Development Technical Center, where I lead a team of exemplary engineers across the firmware, software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. I am focused on IoT innovation in the GP Pro line of electro-mechanical devices. My tenure as Project Manager has been marked by a steadfast commitment to modernize and streamline the project management framework, ultimately improving cross-functional business practices. I'm fortunate to have led dozens of new product development, manufacturing, and commercialization projects across multiple industries. I've embraced the mental framework of principle-based management, focused on building a culture of mutual respect and open communication that enhances collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. My recent experience includes electro-mechanical device project engineering, where I've led cross-functional teams and implemented best practices for project managers. This role has allowed me to showcase how servant leadership can make a positive impact on team engagement during complex and demanding scenarios. Utilizing servant leadership with a focus on bottom-up planning has been transformative in regard to product quality, budget management, scheduling, and most importantly: team cohesion.
