With a background spanning various departments within brands and agencies, I bring a holistic, view to my leadership style. My focus is on guiding teams towards a clear north star, combining design thinking and systems thinking to translate complex strategies and data into actionable tactics. In the dynamic world of DTC e-commerce, I've had the privilege of managing teams filled with innovative, entrepreneurially-minded creatives. Balancing brand voice with performance marketing, all while navigating the financial and operational realities of agency and brand work has been both my challenge and my greatest reward. Looking ahead, my next chapter is dedicated to collaborating with brand-first agencies and innovative DTC brands.
