With my experience in the financial and customer service industries, I have been able to strengthen my productivity, loan quality, and client service skills in my role as a Mortgage Underwriter at UWM. After watching the downfall of the housing market in the late and the impact it had on families, the most important part of my career is helping people borrow safely. I am proficient in underwriting loans that are compliant to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and USDA guidelines through analysis of credit history, income, property specifications, and current debt. Purchasing a home can be one of the most complex and stressful experiences for a buyer. With my profession requiring sharp analytical skills and attention to detail of complex documentation in a fast-paced, high-performing industry, I place the utmost importance on simplifying the process for potential borrowers and partnered brokers. Thorough, concise communication paired with being solutions-oriented has helped me build strong partnerships with loan officers around the country to help borrowers reach one of the most sought-after life goals - becoming a homeowner!
