I deliver quality product and services to customers while working efficiently with vendors and compliment the team by solving problems in the field with other trade members. i am able to use a strategic strength to identify patterns in the project guidelines that could lead to delay or budget concerns and use my achiever strength to work tirelessly to accomplish personal and organizational goals on a daily basis. My analytical skills that I have learned over twenty years of experience allow me to be precise in project estimation and limiting material waste and maximizing operation safety. I enjoy being a life-long learner and I am excited by new challenges and learning new skills and processes. I am a leader of teams and have spent years here in this position leading others to gain knowledge and refine skills needed to succeed at ever detail in our mechanical environment. Before I lead projects here at CSU, I lead a team of tradesmen in large scale projects such as hotels, large commercial multi-floor projects, hospitals and government installations.
