Can you relate to feeling stuck? That invisible wall holding you back, the frustration of not finding an easy way out? Having experienced burnout for over a year, I certainly can. Can you feel the tension in the room when a new idea challenges the status quo? It’s the same feeling. And both have the same solution. Change is hard. It takes a daring mindset to step into the unknown. Even then, you don’t know how you’ll come out on the other side. But to dare and lead with compassion is key. Exploring new experiences and helping people understand one another is where my motivation comes from. I thrive when I have the freedom to speak up and challenge the status quo. I’m passionate about guiding individuals and teams to work more smoothly, even when it’s tough. It’s worth it. I empathize with those around me and collaborate with everyone involved. Understanding the current situation and everyone’s goals is crucial. I strategize a path forward and achieve goals through innovative means, inspiring people to act along the way. As an Engineering Technology Consultant and Scrum Master, I help teams perform better, become more agile, adopt a fail-fast mindset, and be more human. For example, I worked with a design agency to help adopt agile practices and with a sailing company to improve customer accessibility. It all starts small and personal, no matter the context.
