About Casper Ellen

Casper has ~17 years of experience at Achmea, ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Stater and PGGM, where he worked as a PMO, Programme Controller, Project Coordinator and Scrum Master (PO a.i.) in complex international environments. Casper was the Scrum Master of FRAAI Mainbank @ABN AMRO, responsible for the agile practices of ~75 FTE, with a focus on the 3 more IT / data focused teams. As such he also took the lead in setting up the scaled organisation and staffing of these teams. Before that, Casper performed project management tasks and (analyst) responsibilities at Rabobank, such as grooming the backlog and organising teams' cooperation in a scaled scrum environment, hosting the Scrum of Scrums. At Stater, Casper has been Scrum Master within the BI data domain, with teams working on Streaming and Finance data products. Casper has academic degrees in International Economics & Business (Drs/MSc) and Change Management (MBA) and extensive knowledge of both controlling and project management practices. In 2012, Casper completed the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Programme. In 2014, Casper added Risk (ICBRR) and Programme Management (MSP) to his portfolio. Over the past years Casper developed an interest in Agile/Scrum and confirmed his knowledge in this area by completing Scrum Master (PSM 2), Scaled Scrum Professional (PSP), Certified Kanban Coach (CKC) and SAFe Agilist.
