About Casper Lyback

Growing up much of my life in the Bay Area, I found myself surrounded by some of the most successful businesses and was bound to be influenced by the entrepreneurial mindset. Both of my parents are entrepreneurs, so it was natural that I would gain interest in the business world. It wasn't long before I too joined the Silicon Valley drive to succeed, innovate, and take risks. Working for the family business, I developed and polished skills in inventory management, marketing/sales, and opening new business channels. I would only further explore the industry when I started my own business, taking full responsibility for running it. Looking back, there is no denying that running a business isn't as easy as one may assume. I quickly learned to value the building process, measuring and learning, and the endless risks that are all associated with the business world. Now exploring an International Business and Finance track, my future is firmly in the business field. The specifics are still in the air, but there is no denying the aim of further refining and developing my professional skills.
