About Casper Olsen

I hold an education in international communication and business and graduated with 12 in degree for my Master thesis, which purpose was to analyze and optimize Non Government Organizations. I am now employed as sales leader in C&C Travel Copenhagen, a company focusing in fulfilling peoples travel dreams. Furthermore I am always involved in volunteer projects. I am currently mentoring academic foreigners in their search for a place in the danish job market. Previously I have managed a kitchen team in a restaurant, focusing on stop wasting food. I have a huge focus on goal orientation, staff development and reaching budgets. I have obtained our sales goals, recruited sales staff with amazing results and had a key figure in the danish growth on the market. I work close with the managers in the company to ensure a broad focus on key products and development. Furthermore I have a huge focus on efficiency, which has resulted in being the department with the highest score on hit rate and cost per staff. At the same time, I am extremely team oriented and it is important for me to work with people that support and supply each other. Communication is a key word. I have lived and studied in Peru for 7 months, which has given me an international profile. Furthermore, I hold a bachelor degree in economics and spanish, which has given me the ability to see and analyze organizations from different perspectives. I have travelled +75 countries, held a lot of presentations with out coming sales and written travel articles for danish newspapers.
