I am a passionate People Manager who likes to bring out the best in the team in order to be jointly successful. I like to celebrate successes and of course learn from mistakes. Curiosity has brought me a lot. Started as a Developer first in Visual Studio (C ++ and Visual Basic) and after the introduction of Visual Studio.Net switched to C # and F #. I then studied business administration at Nyenrode and was able to combine my technical knowledge with business insights. I think it is great to make Developers and Management enthusiastic and to move them to discover new areas. Important projects where I had the technical responsibility have given me the opportunity to grow into who I am today, both in technical and within management roles. It has also given me opportunities to discover how powerful new techniques can be for organizations to differentiate themselves. Through my website and blogs I want to inspire people to tackle technological issues pragmatically. The approach is to write easily readable and understandable positive blogs.
