However, it’s important to always find a balance in bang for the buck. Sometimes the simple solution is the best for the situation. I love to learn. It’s important to me that what I do forces me to constantly improve. Technically of course, but also personally as a coworker and leader. I love to succeed as a team. I want to work in a fun, inclusive, healthy and friendly environment where the team and company sets a high bar for itself, works towards common goals, holds each other accountable and can trust each other to deliver on promises. I believe in holding myself accountable and to realize that the solution is often not to wait for someone else to fix my problems. I take responsibility and initiative to solve issues, to improve my own and my team’s situation.
