SKILLS PROFILE - organize day-to-day tasks on pipeline and facility construction -complete daily time/cost and progress reporting - Mechanically inclined, able to work with what I got and trouble shoot sticky situations- design, build, set headers and piping systems, pile layouts for above ground piping and production equipment of various types -assist in design of gathering systems and construction of small oil and gas facilities, to construction of a battery capable of 300cube a day production- Separator and vessel inspection, retrofitting and repairs -landowner relations, pipeline routing, planning, cost estimation - Have tested numerous different types of pipelines and piping with various types of mediums- Have worked on line breaks, line and well abandonments, and reclamation projects -order materials, direct personnel and equipment- Complete daily safety meetings, required permits, cost, and progress reports- Measure and design headers, provide welders with ISO's, complete as builts and QC - Enforce company safe work practices and policies, incident reporting-design and installation of onsite wastewater management systems up to 1200gal a day capacity - Work well with others - Ability to operate excavator, grader, dozer, backhoe, side booms, bobcat, and provide final product - Have also ran, farm tractors, various bending machines, directional drills and locators, packers, plows and various other pieces of machinery on a pipeline- Measure, cut, and thread piping, read and execute engineered drawings, provide welders with spool sheets and QC as required. complete daily time and progress reporting for billing purposes.
