Hello all! My name is Cassaday Ray and I am currently working to complete my Master of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas with an expected graduation of May 2025. I completed my undergraduate years at the University of Mississippi in May 2023, with a B.B.A in International Business Management and a B.A Chinese.In my free time, I’m usually watching football, meeting new friends, or shopping. I am always ready for a new adventure. With 1 year of experience in the CPG industry, I have had the opportunity to work in all different facets of this dynamic industry. I have strategized with international counterparts, created new processes to optimize sales and enhance tracking, taken deep dives into Luminate's vast insights including shopper behavior, inventory, store reporting and more, planned rollbacks and off-invoices, had the chance to understand the importance of internal and external POS/data platforms (such as IRI Circana, Retail link, etc.), and serve as an interim sales analyst on Unilever's ice cream business. This incredibly experience has equipped me with the skills and tools needed to be an asset to company success.
