Early Childhood Leadership Mentor and Consultant Support and Capacity build the leaders with Early Childhood I am and Experienced Early Childhood Teacher and Mentor with a demonstrated history working in the early childhood Sector, with a mission of having all Early Childhood services to be of high quality with High Quality support. I intrinsically empower, capacity build and supporting the leaders and managers within early childhood by using my expertise in Leadership and health I create a safe and reflective space allowing them to authentically grow and continually be driven and empowered to optimise skills, compliance and knowledge. Having managed services throughout my career, with the most rewarding being one I turned from 'Working towards' to a 'Meeting' within 3 months of starting. I have however also felt the frustrations, the feeling of alone, not felt supported or valued, causing me to have resentment and burnout. Being an Expert of creating High Quality serivces and leaders, I know what Exceeding looks and feels like. I am here to ensure all leaders are creating positive ripple affects professionally and personally. I provide authentic, personalised and Tailored support, no service is the same and no generic templates because I know that each and every service is unique and faces their own unique challenges.
