About Cassandra Carpenter

Making people feel great is my passion! I transform someone into what they are looking for with an expert consultation. Communication is key. Creating a relationship with the customer is essential in creating trust to further your business down the road, so I strive to build the best relationships with customers to ensure my business with them in the future. I am a go getter when it comes to my career. Building a clientele means being able to talk on the phone, approach strangers, and emailing potential customers is important and I have great experience in all of those categories. Using the computer is essential when booking appointments, so I have great experience in many scheduling softwares and am comfortable learning any new software. I have a great WPM average and am great with grammar and punctuation. Working sales is something I've done in each of my positions and am excellent in guiding and educating customers to know what is best for them and their situation/needs. It's never just about the money but helping the customer find what's going to help them the best. I have also worked in reception in many of my positions. Every salon I have either worked the salon's front desk or while I had my own business I did all of my own calling, answering emails and texts, and scheduling. Always handling personal information, I took very seriously in keeping private and filed. Organization is key when filing.
