As a Customer Support Specialist at ABC Glofox, I investigate and respond to 50+ incoming customer support requests daily, using multiple programs and platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Stripe, Guru, and Notion. I also track and escalate linked issues and reports to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. I enjoy helping people and serving customers through remote work, which I have been doing for the past five years. Before joining ABC Glofox, I was a virtual assistant for an ecommerce women’s clothing and home goods boutique, where I handled customer service inquiries, built and maintained vendor relationships, and assisted in the company-wide transition to CommentSold. I have a MA in Educational Theater and Social Studies from New York University and a BFA in Acting from Syracuse University, which have helped me develop my communication, training, and creative skills. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies to enhance my performance and productivity.
