I'm an experienced acquisitions professional with a background in both real estate investment and retail leadership. My career has been shaped by a deep understanding of operations, team management and negotiations - skills I've used to close over $120M in real estate transactions and lead teams of up to 120 people in high-volume retail settings. Currently, I work in real estate acquisitions where I evaluate properties, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships with agents, sellers, and partners. Prior to this, I spent a decade managing complex operations and large teams at Sephora and Ulta. I was able to develop a leadership style rooted in accountability, clarity, and strategic thinking.
