About Cassandra Davis

I began working in pharmacy at the age of 16. I worked as a pharmacy technician at Cub Foods Pharmacy for about two years. In 2006, I began to work for Walgreens Pharmacy. Throughout the six years of employment with Walgreens as a technician, senior technician, then as a pharmacy student, I worked primarily at the busiest store in the district. While I was in pharmacy school and could not dedicate to a full time schedule, I began to float throughout the district. At the time of graduation, I accepted a position at Ingalls Memorial Hospital as a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident. I am currently completing training at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center as a PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Resident. I became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in October of 2013 and became a Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist in May 2016. I have worked with the Orlando VA supporting outpatient and residential levels of care for mental health and Substance Use Disorders since 2014.
