As a Clinical Nurse Educator, I've championed initiatives to enhance resuscitation quality and effectively manage educational technology platforms, reflecting my dedication to staff and patient education. My dual expertise as a former Certified Lactation Counselor and Doula complements my hospital responsibilities, allowing me to provide holistic support to staff during critical life stages. The honors received, such as the Operations Transformation Regional Collaboration Award, underscore our team’s collaborative efforts to innovate and excel in patient care and professional practice. With over 10 years of nurturing and guiding both patients and healthcare professionals, my journey has been centered on empowerment and education.
