With over 30 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership consulting, I have designed and delivered programs for companies across North America, while coaching leaders worldwide. My background spans marketing, branding, sales, hospitality, franchising, and operations — from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations — giving me a practical, business-minded approach to leadership and culture. I am a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP™), hold ATD’s Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certificate, and am pursing ATD’s Master Performance Consultant designation. My work has earned three ICF Prism Awards for organizational coaching excellence with Sysco Foods Canada, Nurse Next Door and RONA. I am also one of only two Mapstell® World of Difference facilitators in Canada, and certified to deliver programs with Crucial Learning, FranklinCovey, and DDI.
