About Cassandra Granger

I am an immigrant from the Philippines who moved to the United States with a vision for a better life for myself and my family. My early career included roles as a certified nursing assistant, preschool teacher, and customer service representative. While I gained valuable experience in these positions, I knew that pursuing a formal education was essential for achieving my career aspirations.Determined to reach my goals, I enrolled at The University of Texas at Arlington. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) and a Master's in Human Resources Management (MSHRM). My journey back to school was challenging, but I graduated Cum Laude with my BBA in Management and a 3.83 GPA in my MSHRM, showcasing my dedication and resilience.I possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills and am eager to apply this knowledge in an entry-level HR position. I am excited to be part of a dynamic team and contribute significantly to developing and implementing HR operations and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
