I believe my background in Psychology is what drives my passion for people. In my current role my overall goal is to provide the client with a customized experience of not just the digital platform but the personalized customer service experience as well. It is crucial to know ones audience and this is where my analyzation and ability to connect with others becomes a value. No one person is standard and I try to make sure each client feels as they are receiving all the information they need and not just a generic experience. I'm a huge believer in being proactive within any position rather than reactive. The key is to identify the problem before it becomes an issue and locate a solution. I want to make a difference not just for myself/company but for the client as well. WE CANNOT TALK ABOUT THE CHANGE IF WE OURSELVES ARE NOT A PART OF THE CHANGE. In the past I have worked in the Education field as well as the medical field just to name a few.
