About Cassandra Hane

If there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s encouraging others. What better way to do this than to intentionally seek out exceptional talent and partner this talent with agencies desiring to make a difference in the lives of Pennsylvanians? What I do gives me great joy. It’s a continual learning experience for me and I feel privileged to get to connect with so many different people. I connect with students and schools, at all levels, to create well-rounded and rewarding learning opportunities within the public sector. I also work with recent graduates and those looking to take a new step on their professional journey to align them with careers they can believe in. I collaborate with state agencies to identify challenges in hiring and to develop solutions to meet each agency’s individual needs. Together, we can make a difference!
