About Cassandra Lux

I’m a passionate Learning & Development Executive who brings energy, empathy, and curiosity into every room I walk into. With over 20 years in L&D, I’ve found joy not only in designing meaningful learning experiences, but in building high-performing teams and creating the kind of learning culture where people thrive.Whether it’s training, coaching, or change management, I cut through the noise to find the solution that fits best and I love helping others do the same. I believe learning should be energizing, not overwhelming, and I thrive when I’m inspiring others to grow, stretch, and unlock their potential. At heart, I’m a people-first strategist. I’m driven by the ripple effect of personal growth, and nothing motivates me more than seeing someone light up with new confidence or capability. From managing operations to mentoring talent, I lead with clarity, compassion, and the belief that learning is the most powerful lever we have for transformation.
