About Cassandra Obrien

Currently working with Robert Half International as a receptionist. My day to day work load is mostly answering phones calls, this includes answering phones for 3 offices in the AM and 4 different offices in the PM. Answering phone calls in a timely matter and correctly screening each call for the many different lines of business and ensuring the candidate and/or client is directed to the correct individual. During my down time I help the teams with various duties; such as doing candidate data entry from the Edocs system to Salesforce. Sending out Edocs if needed and also formatting candidate resumes then uploading into their Salesforce profile. My last job was a sales representative with TCC Verizon; there I learned I was a natural at selling, proving to be at the top of the ranker for consecutive months. I was surrounded with the world of tech and learned how to be resourceful in the toughest of situations. Before I took my place at Verizon I was employed at Wyoming County Community Hospital. This position mainly evolved me into an employee who can work in the highest pressure situations considering most of my time there was worked in the ER registering patients. These positions combined have helped me become a self-motivating, detailed oriented individual in and outside the workplace.
