About Cassandra Ross

Cassandra is currently an online student at Valencia College. She has obtained her Associate in Art degree in General Studies and plans to apply to UCF's BSN program upon completing the prerequisite courses for the program. Cassandra has a year of work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist for the international Gymnastics company, Gymfinity International located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. She is skilled in phone etiquette, processing payments, balancing a cash box, and organizing and proofreading customer invoices. Cassandra is currently employed part-time at Gymfinity International as a recreational gymnastics coach and preschool program instructor as of May 2021. Cassandra is responsible for the safety of multiple young children and pre-adolescents in the gym and is trained to identify signs of abuse, mental health crises, and other threats to children's' well-being. Cassandra's responsibilities as a preschool instructor include leading groups of preschoolers in academic, sensory, and movement-based activities. Cassandra regularly works with children individually to further develop their social skills, emotional intelligence, academic preparedness, and independence. Cassandra is also a Red Cross volunteer trained in Adult/Child CPR and HIPAA. During her senior year of high school she participated in her school's Health Sciences program, which selects only ten seniors each year to undergo CNA training and clinical rounds and obtain their CNA Certification. Cassandra plans to continue working part time in college and then attend nursing school.
