As a Marketing Administrative Assistant at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort, I support the marketing team with various tasks, such as creating and distributing promotional materials, updating the website and social media, and coordinating events and campaigns. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from California State University, Chico, where I learned how to apply effective marketing strategies and techniques to different channels and audiences. I have also developed skills in hospitality industry, accountability coaching, and customer service, which help me to deliver quality work and meet the expectations of the casino and resort guests and management. I have been working at Rolling Hills since May 2022, starting as a Hotel Receptionist and then becoming a Sales and Events Coordinator, before taking on my current role in September 2023. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of Rolling Hills, and to provide an exceptional and memorable experience for the customers.
