Background

About Cassandra Stout

Full-time Patient Services Representative who brings sensitivity and empathy to people struggling with infertility as I once did, seeking out Seattle Reproductive Medicine to help me have my daughter. I now work there, providing the excellent service that my now coworkers once treated me with. My work goals are: 1) Maintaining the confidentiality of our patient's protected health information by conducting myself professionally and keeping to the highest standards set by HIPAA, and 2) reassuring our patients that they are in good hands, soothing the emotionally vulnerable. When I'm not at work, you can find me teaching my kids valuable soft skills, which will help them tackle the ever-advancing world where they live – or writing oodles of fanfiction. By writing over a million words in 2020, I have built and connected with a devoted audience on the second-highest-ranked literature website in the world. Specialties: Empathy, mental health advocacy, blogging, creative writing, building relationships.
