Skilled writer, editor, and project manager experienced in leading the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing and communications materials for diverse audiences. I develop assets to enrich customers' understanding of OpenText's cloud-based products and services. These include web content, blogs, conference presentations, sales materials, and more. I also collaborate with teams across OpenText to support campaigns, sales processes, and sales enablement, ensuring they are armed with the information and assets they need to reach customers effectively. My past experiences as a Customer Success Manager and sponsorship servicing lead have taught me how to build and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally, through proactive communication and responsive problem-solving. As a Customer Success Manager, I led initiatives designed to incite customer engagement, ensure satisfaction, and support both sales and renewals. I continue to bring a customer-focused approach to all of my work as a product marketing lead. Once an English major, always an English major: I have a well-honed ability to craft messaging and analyze its impact. My expertise in understanding the needs of, and successfully communicating with, a diverse range of audiences allowed me to shift successfully from the museum sector to the software industry. After more than 10 years in museums, in 2019 I pivoted to the tech sector. My innate curiosity, resourceful and self-motivated nature, and passion for ongoing learning have allowed me to succeed in the fast-paced and ever-evolving market in which OpenText thrives.
