About Cassandra Tredo

I’ve spent the last 7 years in the thick of client-facing work, on both sides of the Pacific — from high‑stakes sales in global U.S. companies to fast‑paced marketing & operations in Australian start-ups. I thrive where grit meets strategy, where conversations turn into campaigns, and where teams are only as good as their ability to deliver under pressure. Here’s what I bring to the table-Driving revenue + relationships — closing new clients, growing accounts, building loyalty-Marketing with purpose & measurable lift — campaigns that don’t just look good but move the needle (leads, conversion, retention)-Leadership under fire — managing teams in a buzzing restaurant environment taught me clarity, calm, and urgency. What I’m after now:I’m looking role in a growth-focused small to mid‑size companies in Sydney, where I can fuse together sales, marketing, and leadership skills to help scale operations and deliver meaningful client & commercial wins.If you want someone who-links sales & marketing in a way that feels seamless-builds structure and energy into client relationships-and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when details or deadlines demand it — we should talk.
