As Talent Activation Director at Invitation Homes, I lead initiatives that cultivate thriving, inclusive environments, driving strategic talent management, enhancing employee engagement, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. My expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development consulting, public speaking, and training facilitation, with a focus on fostering cross-cultural dialogue and coaching leaders to excellence. At Hallmark Cards, as Senior Global DEI Manager, I led a cross-functional team to develop and execute a data-driven DEI roadmap, achieving significant increases in workplace and leadership diversity.
