About Cassandra West

I'm an adventurous and diligent Product Designer, with proficiencies in User Research, & User-Centered design, as well as systems thinking. My knowledge of UI design allows me to execute research insights into hi-fidelity prototypes to facilitate iteration. Collaborators recognize me as a spirited and creative team member with a highly adaptive mindset. I come to UX design with nearly 10 years of experience developing live products from concept into theatrical performances, improving processes hand over fist in a bootstrap environment. My curiosity and hunger to challenge myself led me to participate in Climate Sprints in August of 2021, whilst in the middle of my UNH UX/UI Bootcamp, in which I received note for my ability to quickly grasp foreign concepts & apply structure to facilitate collaboration. I thrive in early-stage chaotic conceptualization. As a production manager and associate producer, my insights into key pain points in our processes have helped to focus resource and time management amongst my teams. As a director, I have structured and led collaborative workshops that thrive in ambiguity, utilizing rapid iteration to build production-worthy products in short timeframes. As a server, I have developed keen observational skills, identifying and rapidly adapting to various types of clients with composure. My customer service delivery is unparalleled.
