I am Safety Coordinator for an Electrical Contractor. I am very passionate about my career and enjoy sharing my knowledge and training with others. My role is critical for minimizing accidents, reducing risk, and promoting a safe working environment in electrical construction. Ensuring everyone goes home to their loved ones at the end of the day. I assist with designing and implementing new and existing programs and conduct training for employees. I have held several roles, in the procurement, estimating, and prefabrication department, before deciding to join the safety team. My deep connection to my work, and my experience across multiple roles in electrical construction adds great value to my role as a Safety Coordinator. My understanding of the entire process—from estimation to procurement— enhances my ability to communicate with and train my teams, ensuring a holistic approach to safety on the job site
