About Cassandre Davis

Dr. Cassandre Davis, wife, mother, educator, author, speaker, and advocate of children, has used her passion to impact the lives of adolescents, teenagers, and young adults for over 20 years. After earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida A&M University, Dr. Davis realized her life’s work was better served in the realm of education. The turning point was during a period of reflection in which she realized she was doing little to change the world around her. Her social-good footprint was missing. As a result, she set out to work daily for generational impact. She began with earning a doctorate degree in Education focusing on equity and Multiple Intelligences in the classroom. Dr. Davis then authored a body of work to provide parents, educators and the public with tools to navigate the delicate terrain of the physical, mental, academic, and spiritual development of young people. Her presentations take on a conversational tone in which participants have an opportunity to explore the challenges met by young girls and marginalized persons such as a lack of self awareness, hypersexualization, peer-pressure, and adultification bias. Dr. Davis and her team provide solutions to educators, parents, and mentors while emphasizing how to listen and love without judgement. Our parents, leaders, and educators must understand what is required to meet the social and academic demands of the 21st century. Dr. Davis’ strong ingenuity and compassion for children, matched with her ability to motivate others and work well under pressure, allows her to play a crucial role in a necessary student and child-centered environment.
