I am a Human Resources Manager at Voss Distributing, a leading beverage distribution company in the Midwest. I have over eight years of experience in the education management and service industries, where I have honed my skills and knowledge in employee training, conflict resolution, and performance management. My mission is to invest generously into the lives of others through leadership, relationships, and creativity. I have a BS in Child, Adult, & Family Services from Iowa State University, where I learned the principles and practices of human development, family dynamics, and community outreach. I am passionate about creating positive and lasting impacts for the individuals, families, and organizations I work with.
