About Cassi Moye

As a passionate legal recruiter, I see my role as a bridge between top talent and the dynamic legal landscape. My journey began at the University of Georgia, where I first discovered my knack for recruitment while hosting football recruits as a Gameday Host. Those Saturdays ignited my love for helping people find their path, a passion I’ve carried throughout my career. As a proud alumni, I serve as a mentor with the UGA Mentor Program, guiding students and celebrating their successes. With a rich background that includes in-house roles at BCG and Amazon, as well as legal staffing firms, I bring a unique perspective to the recruitment landscape. I’m excited to connect, collaborate, and help you navigate your next career move or talent search! I help lateral associates navigate their next career move. From exploring opportunities to evaluating firm culture, practice areas, and long-term growth, I provide guidance and insight to ensure your next move is strategic, informed, and tailored to your goals.
