I am a multi-disciplined environmental scientist with experience in the gas, construction and resource industry. I have gained extensive experience in environmental approvals, environmental planning, risk assessments, reporting National Greenhouse and Energy data as well as National Pollution Inventory emissions. I have worked on large and small scale projects providing advice to; field crew, foremen and lead team management on how to ensure projects are constructed in a manner that complies with environmental legislation, and involve minimal impact on the environment.My skills include; • Site based compliance in a construction and heavy industry space.• Overseeing the implementation, roll out and improvements of a certified environment management system• Developing and implementing National environmental compliance tools such as permit planners, robust and comprehensive audit tool and a national risk based audit schedule. • Highly experience in the project management of environmental compliance for the build and maintenance of construction assets, such as; pipelines, pump station and storage tanks, and managing compliance to meet environmental regulations • Coordinating company National Greenhouse Energy Reporting (NGERS) requirements to the ‘Clean Energy Regulator’• Managing and Coordinating National Pollution Inventory (NPI) reporting to the regulator • Sound knowledge of Australian Environmental Legislation and Australian Standards. • Acid sulphate soils investigation, reporting, management and training field staff.• Working on sustainability projects involving school and community engagement• Reviewing environment testing results (data) and providing advice as to appropriate contingency actions to comply with requirements. • Conducting environment risk assessment workshops.
