Next, fold in the collaboration and passion. Finally, mix the humour and sass with all the other ingredients! Pour into a lined muffin tin with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. When you take it out of the oven, you will get Cassidy; someone who is driven, witty, and able to pivot when necessary When given a business challenge, I always give it my all and put forth the skills that are deemed necessary to succeed. A specific example that comes to mind was when my team and I participated in the first MSCA Digital Management Case Competition at Ivey Business School. The case reflected a digital challenge that was occurring due to the pandemic. When coming up with our solution, myself and my teammates brainstormed many creative, humorous ideas, and, in the end, came up with the winning creative and digital solution for the case competition. Aside from my education and professional experiences, I enjoy baking/cooking (cass.corner on Instagram) and traveling the world.
