As a Senior Associate Consultant, I leverage my chemical engineering and laboratory backgrounds with my working knowledge of business processes and technical systems to pursue my passion for developing creative, client-centric, digital solutions. I am professionally experienced in Strategy and Change consulting in the life sciences industry, specializing in Organizational Change Management and training. I leverage my Prosci Change Practitioner and Veeva Vault Administrator certifications to effectively navigate and optimize system and process transformations. My training and OCM experience ensure seamless transitions and stakeholder alignment throughout every implementation and process enhancement. I find Training Lead roles particularly exciting, as they allow me to blend my analytical skills with my passion for teaching and curiosity for exploring and understanding unique learning styles.
