In my recent executive role at Pilot Ventures, I spearheaded strategic marketing and real estate investment initiatives, focusing on property marketing, business development, and branding for four companies. This involved leading multiple newsletters, overseeing the rebrand of investor decks, offering memorandums, and internal communication. Prior to Pilot Capital, I served at the Brand and Marketing Manager at GenCap Construction Corp, where I lead the marketing and branding initiatives for mixed-use and commercial real estate projects, delivering measurable results in business development, revenue, employee retention, and brand awareness. I collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute effective strategies, campaigns, and events, leveraging my skills in digital marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and design. I have a passion for thinking big, working creatively, and improving processes. I graduated with a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Washington State University, where I learned how to communicate effectively across different media platforms and audiences. I have also gained valuable experience in the residential real estate and construction industry, working as a Marketing Coordinator for Concord Pacific and Marpac Construction, where I supported the launch and promotion of luxury high-rise and affordable housing projects in Seattle. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
