About Cassidy Towers

With over 20 years of progressive experience at Canada Post, I specialize in operations, employee training, and workforce development. As a Learning and Development Specialist since 2016, I deliver hands-on training for new and existing employees across postal plant processing, delivery operations, and fleet functions—including evaluating new commercial drivers. I also facilitate essential sessions on Workplace Violence, Conflict Resolution, and Human Rights, helping foster a safer, more respectful workplace. Previously, as an Operations Supervisor (2007–2016), I led frontline teams, managed staffing and performance, and drove safety initiatives, operational improvements, and service excellence. My commitment to effective training and leadership is backed by an Associate’s Degree in Training and Facilitation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and certification in Smith System Driving from the Smith System Driver Improvement Institute.
