With a background in psychology, social work, and childcare, I have developed the skills necessary to address the diverse needs of clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care. In my current role as a behavioral health care manager, I have been a key player involved in spearheading the Collaborative Care movement in primary care settings in Massachusetts. My daily work focuses on managing the Collaborative Care program, as well as providing 60+ clients with personalized care that treats both immediate needs and long-term wellness goals. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, and I pride myself on creating a safe environment that fosters trust and resilience. Teamwork is at the heart of my work, and I strive to build strong relationships with mental health clinicians, primary care providers, community organizations, and clients alike. I am adept at coordinating evidence-based mental health treatments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure wrap-around support.
