About Cat Beimesch

I was born and raised in Vietnam until I was about 16 years old. One day, I decided to uproot my whole life and study abroad in the U.S. I graduated high school in Carrollton, TX, and went to college at the University of North Texas. I am the perfect example of “you don’t choose your career, but your career chooses you.” As a hospitality management student, I somehow landed in the personal finance industry. All jokes aside, there is a story behind that that I would love to tell you if you reach out to me. People asked me why I didn’t pursue a career in hospitality management. There are many reasons, but mainly because I fell in love with personal finance. I love working with numbers and understanding how money works. I’ve been very fortunate to transition into this industry while still keeping my passion for working with people alive. At the end of the day, I’m passionate about helping others make informed financial decisions, and that’s what makes the personal finance industry so fulfilling for me.
