Endlessly learning to improve, whether it’s tangible skills such as learning Japanese or educating myself on issues such as woman’s rights and sustainability. When a challenge comes my way, I want to put my mind to the test and explore options to creatively problem solve and think outside the box. I thrive on empowering others, through coaching and mentoring, nothing feels as good as seeing someone develop and succeed. I'm the ultimate team player, I will happily embrace a new opportunity to learn and enable us to reach our goal, which was a must as a consultant. I have over 6 years of Retail Industry experience but have also worked within the Consumer Products and Life Sciences sector.'Catherine has drive and enthusiasm to deliver in a number of areas. Alongside my consistently high grades, throughout all 4 years at University, I received the Faculty Prize for Best Student Performance across all business courses on the Generalist Business Programme. Since graduating, I've returned with IBM, to help students improve their employability skills by running CV workshops and Mock Interviews, and helped students to apply for graduate roles in my free time. IBM Joined IBM on the Graduate Associate Programme, a highly competitive multi-award winning scheme, where I developed both my business and technical capabilities as a consultant.
